For brands
This guide walks through the full brand path: onboarding → campaign creation → discovery → approval → payout.
1. Create your brand (onboarding)
Brand onboarding is a three-step wizard. You’ll finish a brand profile before you can use the full brand dashboard.
Step 01 — Brand profile
- Name and industry: Creative, Lifestyle, Tech, or Other
- Optional logo and feature image
Step 02 — Social integration
Connect the channels you care about for UGC and automation:
- TikTok
- YouTube
You can connect with login where available, or add profile links manually. You can skip and return later, but connected socials make sync upload and verification much smoother.
Step 03 — Funding account
Save and open Wallet to:
- Add a payment method
- Fund campaign budgets and install (Circuul) float
- Handle payouts and fees
2. Understand campaign types
Before you create a campaign, read Campaign types. Quick map:
| Type | Who publishes | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Non-direct hire | Creator on their socials | Classic UGC / influencer posts with a live URL |
| Direct hire | Brand publishes | Creators deliver assets; you post |
| Sync upload | Creators, same publish date | Coordinated drop; needs connected socials |
| Commission | Performance | % of sales and/or install CPA |
App Install can sit on Non-direct or Direct hire campaigns as an extra CPA layer — see App Install.
3. Create a campaign
From Brand → Campaigns → New:
- Choose the campaign type.
- Set title, brief, dates, platforms, deliverables, and influencer tier.
- Set budget (total budget usually starts around $100 USD).
- If using Circuul: turn on App Install, fund float, copy the app token.
- If commission: set the sales target, rate, and whether applications need your approval.
- Publish when funded and ready.
Host subscription & create fees
| Plan | Creators per campaign | Campaign create fee |
|---|---|---|
| No host plan | 20 | About $50 from your wallet |
| Monthly / Lifetime host | 50 | Waived (unlimited creates) |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited creates |
Tier minimums and fees: Tiers & payouts. Full plan comparison: Pricing for brands.
4. Find and invite creators
In the brand app this lives under Find Talent:
- Influencers tab — social creators for UGC campaigns
- Talent tab — casting-style profiles for jobs / auditions
Search, filter, favorite, invite to a campaign, or message when unlocked. Full guide: Find Influencers.
5. Review applications & invites
Creators appear under campaign Applications / pending invites.
- Creator applied → you approve or reject
- You invited → creator accepts or declines; you can cancel a pending invite
- Approved creators move to the active roster / workspace
Details: Applications & approval.
6. Review work & pay
Creators submit content (or live URLs, depending on type). Approve submissions so payouts can proceed.
For content campaigns (not commission), work still waiting about 7 days after the campaign end date may be auto-approved. You’ll get reminder emails before and after the end date.
