Find Talent does not show a sort dropdown. Results are ordered automatically so strong, complete profiles surface first.
Who appears
Creators generally appear when their profile is approved for discovery, or marked as featured. Profiles that were removed don’t show. A clear profile photo helps ranking.
How results are ordered
Rough priority (highest first):
- Featured creators
- Creators closer to your location (when we know both locations)
- Profiles with a photo
- Then newer profiles (and similar signals)
Engagement and follower filters still narrow the list — raise min engagement or min followers when you care about those metrics.
Location
- Country filters work worldwide.
- When location is available, nearby creators can rank a bit higher.
- You can still find creators in any country you filter for.
