Inviting & messaging

Invite to campaign

From a creator card or profile:

  1. Choose Invite to campaign.
  2. Pick a campaign that still has room on the roster.
  3. Send the invite — the button shows Invited when it succeeds.
  4. The creator must accept before they’re on the roster.

Capacity reminder

Default caps: 20 creators without a Campaign Host plan, 50 with one. Invites fail when the roster is full — see Pricing for brands.

When you can message

Messaging from Find Influencers is available when at least one of these is true:

  1. You have an active Campaign Host subscription, or
  2. You host a published, funded campaign that hasn’t ended yet (including campaigns that haven’t started), or
  3. You already have a relationship with that creator on a campaign you host — for example they’re approved / working, you invited them, or they applied and are waiting on you

If messaging isn’t available yet, you’ll see a prompt to create a campaign first. That keeps outreach tied to real hiring intent.

Talent tab

Messaging on the Talent tab is separate and doesn’t use the same Campaign Host rules.

Best practices

  • Invite only to campaigns that match the creator’s tier and platforms.
  • Lead with a short note (brief, deliverable, timeline, fee or CPA).
  • Don’t spam-invite the same creator to every draft campaign.
  • Track responses under Applications and Accepted.
  • For App Install or commission campaigns, make sure creators understand the referral / CPA flow after they join.
  • Favorite strong fits so you can reopen the shortlist without re-filtering.
